Matthew Nemshin, MBA, PMP

Matthew is a senior project manager with a proven track record in healthcare and a passion for continuous improvement. He holds a PMP certification, an MBA in Health Services Management from Hofstra University, and a BBA in Operations and Information Management (OIM) from the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Amherst, where he also minored in Classics (Archaeology) and Information Technology (IT).

With over 9 years of experience in healthcare, Matthew currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider, where he supports an $8.1 billion market. He has developed and implemented programs that enhance patient care and operational efficiency, including the creation of the Rapid Diagnostic Pathway (RDP) for Prostate Cancer with a physician team, positively impacting departmental revenue and opening new business avenues. His innovative approach also brought telemedicine to the forefront during COVID in 2020, educating over 50 urologists and streamlining digital paperwork across 30+ ambulatory sites.

Matthew's technical proficiency spans a wide range of tools, including Microsoft Office, Tableau, Adobe, Epic, and various healthcare systems. His analytical skills and technological expertise have been pivotal in optimizing processes and driving successful outcomes in his career.

Beyond his professional life, Matthew serves his community as the Chairman of Scholarship for the Figli di Pomigliano d'Arco organization. He is also an avid photographer and archaeologist. His work has been featured in Golf Kitchen magazine, and he has participated in archaeological excavations in Tuscany, Italy, where he combined his love for history and photography.
